Orders
Once payment has been processed we aim to ship all orders within two (2) working days of receipt. From dispatch please allow around 3–5 working days for standard delivery.
For expedited orders we aim to ship on the same day with delivery the following day. Please note the cut off time is 11.00am. Any order placed after 11.00am will be dispatched the following working day.
Working days for us are Monday to Friday (not including UK Bank / Public Holidays).
Please note, we do not despatch or deliver at weekends or public holidays and are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
If, however, you haven’t received your parcel within 7 business days of having placed the order, please get in touch with us and we shall be able to assist you with this further.
Once we receive your order we begin processing and sending it out to you as soon as possible, so I’m afraid that we are unable to make amendments or cancel your order after it has been placed.
However, you can return any unwanted items to our freepost address below for a refund. Please can you just include a note containing your order number so that we know who the items came from.

Unfortunately, we are not currently accepting trade orders outside of the UK.
Our team are always working hard to ensure that all orders are being packed and sent out as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, should there be something not quite right with your order, please do let us know and we will ensure that this is resolved for you as a matter of priority.
We would like to advise our customers to wait up to 7 business days for delivery. If, however, you haven’t received your package within this window then please do get in touch with our team who will be able to assist further.
Product Enquiries & Advice
Definitely not. All Bulldog products are certified by Cruelty Free International. This means we do not use any animal derived ingredients and work only with ingredient suppliers that comply with our policy on animal testing.
Oily skin: Those with oilier skin-types might find that their skin has a tendency to get shiny throughout the day – particularly on the t-zone area (the nose and forehead area). People with this skin type might also find that they are more prone to blemishes , though this isn’t necessarily always the case. Dry skin: Individuals who have dry skin might notice that they are prone to dry patches, flakes, or even cracked skin. Dry skin can sometimes be affected by weather and the seasons. For some, colder temperatures might exacerbate dry skin, so it is especially important to ensure that your face receives a boost of moisture during those wintry months. Combination skin: It is very possible to have a combination of both, dry and oily skin – one might notice that they get shiny on their t-zone, but dry on the cheeks, for example. For more information on a skin-care routine for combination skin, you can take a look below:
If you’re new to the world of skincare (or just looking for a quick daily routine) the best way to start is to use a Face Wash twice a day, morning and evening, always followed by a Moisturiser.
This will help to cleanse, refresh and hydrate your skin without leaving feeling dry or greasy.
If you’d like to step up your regime we’d suggest try adding in a Face Scrub two to three times a week in place of your Face Wash. It is not necessary to exfoliate more than three times a week and you should always follow with a Moisturiser.
Whatever your skin type (normal, sensitive, oily or mature) you’ll be able to find the ideal routine for you.
Unfortunately, we are unable to recommend our products to treat medical conditions as our products are cosmetic products rather than medicated creams. We would advise customers to consult a medical professional if they are concerned about the use of specific cosmetic products.
If you are looking for a product suited to oily skin which is prone to blemishes, we would suggest that the best way of controlling oily skin would be to wash your face twice a day (morning and evening) with our Oil Control Face Wash and follow with our Oil Control Moisturiser. Two to three times a week substitute the Oil Control Face Wash with our Oil Control Face Scrub to exfoliate and reveal fresh skin. This is also a really good way to control excess oil.

The fragrances in our products are made up of a blend of natural essential oils. For instance, fragrance in our Original products is a light, fresh scent. Citrus top notes of bergamot, lemon and lime are layered over geranium and patchouli with base notes of cedarwood, artemisia vulgaris and vetiver.
Mixing and matching our product lines is a good way of customising your skincare routine to target your specific needs. For instance, those with combination dry and oily skin types might benefit from using our Oil Control Face Wash, and following up with our Original Moisturiser.
All our Sensitive products have been specially formulated fragrance-free to help minimise irritation.
Use our Sensitive Face Wash twice a day, morning and evening, always followed by our Sensitive Moisturiser. This will help to cleanse, refresh and hydrate your skin without leaving feeling dry or greasy.
Two to three times a week substitute our Sensitive Face Wash for our Sensitive Face Scrub to exfoliate the skin. Our Sensitive Face Scrub is a great way to prep the skin prior to shaving but it also deeply cleanses the skin whether you are clean shaven or have facial hair. It is not necessary to exfoliate more than three times a week.

If you’d like to step up your regime we’d suggest try adding in a Face Scrub two to three times a week in place of your Face Wash. It is not necessary to exfoliate more than three times a week and you should always follow with a Moisturiser.
In general, products with the thinnest consistency should be applied first. Please refer to our steps below which demonstrate the order in which our products should be applied:

In general, as with the use of any skincare product, it may take up to 4 weeks before you see a change in you’re your skin. However, you should be able to see an instant moisturising effect while using a product such as a moisturiser. For instance, our Original Moisturiser has been specially formulated to hydrate men's skin without leaving a sticky or greasy residue, and this should be apparent right away!
We make most of our products here in the UK, in factories run by people we know and trust. We also manufacture a small number of our products outside of the UK when we need to utilise specialist skills. For example, our latest innovation, our Sensitive Razor Blades are made in a specialist factory in Germany.
Face masks are great skin care treatments to help you with your skin care concerns. They are complementary to your daily skincare routine, giving your skin that added bit of TLC. At Bulldog Skincare, we have created two different face masks to help two different skin concerns – our Energising Sheet Mask for dull & tired skin and our Oil Control Face Mask for those suffering with oily skin! We recommend using a face mask once a week. Our Energising Sheet Mask has been clinically proven to improve dull skin and skin brightness after 28 days of once weekly application. What’s more is our non-bleached sheet mask is made from bamboo and specially designed for men with a perforation to remove the bottom of the mask for beard wearers.
Our Oil Control Face Mask is a nice weekly treat for those with oily skin! This mattifying face mask contains witch hazel, willow bark and juniper as well as a blend of three natural clays: Kaolin, Cornish and Volcanus. It has been specially formulated to help minimise excess oil and leave the skin feeling smooth and soft.
Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that customers who suffer from allergies will not react to our formulations.
In addition to some types of nuts being present in this product as specified above, materials derived from nuts are commonly used in cosmetic and toiletry formulations and as such our manufacturers and suppliers do handle these materials.
We get it, while growing older has its benefits, we could all use little help to look our best. Our Age Defence range has been developed with a powerful blend of antioxidants to help fight free radical damage.
Start off with our Age Defence Moisturiser proven to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles after 4 weeks. It’ll also brighten the complexion and leave your skin feeling moisturised and nourished. Use twice a day, morning and evening.
Our Age Defence Serum contains double the concentration of antioxidants as our Age Defence Moisturiser, this serum has been formulated to leave the skin feeling firm, smooth and nourished. Use this underneath the Age Defence Moisturiser for an extra boost of hydration.
Finish off with our Age Defence Eye Roll-On. Formulated to help reduce the appearance of fine lines, dark circles and puffiness. Use throughout the day as required.
Yes, lot’s of things can contribute to oily or greasy skin such as diet and pollution, but that doesn’t mean you can’t try and control the effects.
Start off with our Oil Control Face Wash twice a day, morning and evening, to remove excess oil and leave the skin feeling refreshed and deeply cleansed. Always follow with our Oil Control Moisturiser for lightweight hydration and a mattified finish.
Our Oil Control Face Scrub has been specially formulated with black charcoal to exfoliate the skin. It is not necessary to exfoliate more than three times a week.
Once a week (or twice if required) use the Oil Control Face Mask before using the Oil Control Moisturiser. This will minimise excess oil and deeply cleanse the skin.

You can use these products either alone, or together for an added moisture & antioxidant boost. If using them together, we recommend that you apply the serum first, wait for it to dry, and follow with the moisturiser afterwards for best results. Furthermore, you can feel free to use our serum with moisturisers from our other ranges, should you wish to.
Our Original Roll-On Deodorant and all the products in our Oil Control range do contain alcohol. All our other products are alcohol-free. In addition to alcohol being present in the products as specified above, it is commonly used in cosmetic and toiletry formulations and as such our manufacturers and suppliers do handle this material.
There’s no scientific definition of non-comedogenic so it’s hard for us to answer. What we can say is that our moisturisers are specially formulated for male skin and therefore shouldn’t block pores. All skin reacts differently to different moisturisers and we have taken care developing and formulating our moisturisers to try to reduce the likelihood of out-breaks. Lots of different things can cause skin out-breaks and weather, diet, lifestyle can have a big influence.
Yup, all Bulldog Skincare products are gluten-free.
